At the beginning of your 30-days you will PREPARE by deciding where you want to be intentional in your faith through setting spiritual goals and creating an action plan in three areas: God's Word, Prayer, and Worship.

10-15 minutes

Act

At the beginning of each day for 30-days, you will ACT on achieving your goals by walking through the guided Daily Intentions provided to you.

At the end of each day and week, you will REFLECT by walking through the short questions provided to help you stay grounded and present, instead of constantly looking for what’s next.

At the end of each week you will TRACK the spiritual habits and rhythms you've set out to obtain. The tracker allows you to become more aware of your behaviors and encourages consistency and self-accountability.
